The room was clean the bed was totally broken springs noises coming from flat mattress box spring completely broke. I tried to slleep but back hurt so bad by 4:00 AM COULDNT STAND IT ANYMORE. Went to front desk to ask for a change but they had none.

They still charged me for the night which was the worst I ever had in a Hampton Inn. There was no 100% satisfaction. I would not recommend this place to stay. Took the money and to bad so sad. Terrible.
