The hotel is incredibly noisy. I could hear the housekeeping staff in the morning from the end of the hall - 12 rooms away from mine - and it sounded like they were in my room. I could hear every word they were saying. Very, very noisy - poor construction in the building + bad training w the housekeeping staff. Would not stay here again

The evening staff were terrible. We picked the hotel because of it's proximity to the airport (less than 2 miles) and they offered a hotel shuttle. We contacted the hotel at 10:33 pm to request the shuttle. An hour later we ended up catching an uber.
