Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and will incur the first night charge (Property policy). After 25/Jun/2022, 12:00 AM (America/New York) you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your room, you will still be charged for the full reservation amount.

Positives: The staff was very nice and accommodating. I had a few questions and they answered then well.

Negatives: There was a stain in the bed sheets, and im not sure what it was. Luckily, I brought extra sheets with me. I knew it would take too long to get a room and I didn't have the time to wait, so I stayed in the room and just took the hotel sheets off and slept on the bed sheets I brought.
