Positives: The shuttle to and from the air port was exceptional. The water and air conditioner were perfect. The complimentary shower soaps were perfect. The internet was great. The fridge was cold. The microwave worked great. The hair dryer worked. The tub drained with no standing water while showering. The staff were helpful but quick to assume.
Negatives: The check-in desk was understaffed. The elevators were scary at times with the way the doors slam and shift. The room door handle sticks from the inside. The bathroom door was hinged out of square, and we had to slam it closed. The freezer area in the mini fridge was solid ice. The headboards were loose, every time you touched the bed, it hit the wall, and one mattress made a significant amount of noise while my wiggly sleeper moved all night.
