That if you you don’t check in before midnight, you will be charged a no show fee. Even when you pay in advance through booking. Why should we have to pay for a no show fee, if we are making a reservation and paying for the room up front basically? Will not continue to use booking nor stay at the Hyatt in the future. Do not recommend this place, nor using booking.com.

A very clean well maintained facility. The staff is welcoming. This facility is very near to an airport and subject to some noise from the aircraft operations and wind directions. Roadwork on the I40 exit ramp makes it somewhat difficult to find the road to the hotel, especially in the absence of street lights. This should resolve once the roadwork is done. We had a very pleasant stay and look forward to returning to the same facility in the near future.
