Negatives: I accidentally left my room keys in my room and had to go to the lobby for a new one. The lady asked me what room number and just handed me a key. Didn't feel very safe that anyone could have asked for my room key and she didn't even check for a name

Negatives: Yes,housekeeping walked in on my 15yr daughter.We had the do not disturbed sign in the door.Instead of the male housekeeper talking with front desk he moves the sign n walks in. Then proceed to send another housekeeper to my room. Then checked after.
