Felt like a youth hostel. Family trying to get ready for a function and room was tiny. No closet. No drawers. Just Ikea style design. Hotel smelled like a basketball gym. No carpet in the room. Lighting was either dark or glaring.

The staff was very nice. Hotel was clean. Shuttle to the airport is really convenient.

Very (extremely) bad breakfast. Can we call it breakfast at all ? The coffee was just a disaster, the yogurts were way to sweet and the eggs where definitely not fresh eggs. The value for the money could not be worst.
The AC could not be shout down in the room. The fan was still running making noise through the night, and I could not sleep well - this was very disappointing and extremely annoying. If I wanted to have "healthy fresh air" (as stated on the AC), I would have just opened the window - it's as simple as that. No need to waste energy for nothing and having a fan running night and days. However, I will not come back again, really sorry for that.

No laundry room for guests to wash their clothes! No indoor or outdoor pool and no restaurant in hotel!! Prices were ridiculously outrageous for the food items you offered at the customer service desk.
