We stay at this hotel all the time and for the past several weeks the breakfast has Valmont non-existent. The pancake maker has been broken for weeks and it has not been replaced. The options are almost null.

Very poor experience with airport shuttle--no room for luggage, driver inexperience, with no idea where to drop off passengers. Breakfast service did not start in time for airport shuttle drop-off. No staff on duty at time of check out.

Customer service was exceptional. Location is great. The air condition situation is one that is important to us as we like to sleep cold and this hotel WAY exceeded out expectations with having control of our rooms thermostat and it was pumping AC. Great!
