Negatives: Breakfast could be better with more variety. It gets old after a couple of days.

Negatives: Floors are noisy. Whomever was upstairs of us was very noisy just walking.

Negatives: Honesty about the pool and tiki bar ,

Negatives: The breakfast was awful, we ended up going out to a restaurant each morning even though it was included. The towels were paper thin and stayed wet. We were always asking for more towels. Also, there were never towels at the outdoor pool.

Negatives: There was not anything I didn’t like.

Negatives: The sausage at the continental breakfast.

Negatives: It is pricey, but compared to the rest of the places in the Obw, this is the best you can find

Negatives: The mattress was EXTREMELY uncomfortable and the worst that I have ever slept on in 60 years. The 4 pillows were so old that they were nothing more than lumpy foam little squares. Luckily we brought our own pillows from home. My husband and I actually rotated the mattress and then he was in the miserable side. We had a small sleeper loveseat that I talked him into trying. There with no sheets or blankets so I had to request them. There was no one at the front desk for approximately 5 minutes. The manager saw me coming and went into the laundry/staff office and nobody came back out! I saw a young woman in the back reading the label of a bottle and was oblivious that someone was waiting at the front desk. I had to call out and ask if she could assist me. As I explained how terrible the mattress was and that my husband was going to attempt to sleep on the sleeper sofa, she just stared at me with a blank look. Then she asked me if I was asking for a new mattress! She did not offer to move us to a different room even though the hotel had emptied out after the Labor Day holiday. The floors are laminate which is good for having pets in the hotel, but they were absolutely disgustingly filthy. I used a hand towel and wiped down the floors when we got there. There were only two forks, 1 teaspoon, 2 tablespoons in the kitchen drawer and no kitchen towels. How are people supposed to even eat something there if they don’t provide enough utensils?! The daytime staff young ladies were extremely pleasant. Oh - flea bites. There were a few people that had their dogs off leash which I did not appreciate. There was a huge husky that attempted to attack my dog when my husband walked out the door with him. My husband was able to grab the dogs leash and jerk him away from our little dog. The other dog owner was eating ice cream and not eating and not holding the leash to her dog but letting him walk around. We left a day early.
