More insulation between walls...we had an end room, but noise from neighboring room (somewhere) went on ALL night long...was not a TV but just talking like a radio announcer. Could not hear it when out in hall. Checked several times in wee hours of night as it prevented me from needed sleep. Went on ALL NIGHT!
