Room top floor not a problem but the bed was positioned where you had no room to walk around and was on a two step level so you I had to climb over my partner if I needed to get up in the night he also fell over on the steps in the early hours luckily no harm done I think they should share this information when booking this room

The room had bugs crawling everywhere. No one from house keeping cleaned our room the whole time we were there(4 nights 5 days). Free continental breakfast is only 6am till 9am 9:01 Everything cleaned up immediately. Staff was not friendly and most of them couldn't speak english. The pool dirty Look like somebody threw up in the pool. Hadn't been cleaned up.
Hair all in the drain disgusting.
