Everything until they threw away my food in my room or ate it who knows.

House cleaners came in while I was at wrk and took my food that I paid for. Left everything else untouched. Made bed took my food i was pissed was looking forward to my food after work. It wasnt room service. Food was privately purchased. So Im confused.

Nothing. I stay in hotels 45-60 nights per year. Worst experience in 40 years of traveling. Paid $---for one night, expecting luxury. Got a nightmare!
Negatives:
Booked king suite, given room w/2 dbl beds. Got in late, too exhausted to go change. Mattresses VERY uncomfortable. Pillows SUCKED - cheap pillows. AC/Heat was VERY loud, went from freezing cold to boiling hot all night (NO SLEEP) TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

staff was all so friendly. Perfect location across from the Crabtree Mall.
Negatives:
I know things happen, but one out if two main elevators broke down. The hotel opened up staff elevators to accommodate. A little tough, but it worked!

The staff is amazing! Got a wake up call right on time, the airport shuttle was perfect, and thry even made breakfast bags for us as we left before breakfast service!

What's not to like? The staff is wonderful, the lobby is beautiful and has plenty of different seating areas for solos or large groups, my room was impeccably clean and well-appointed and the breakfast is great! Great location as well.

My toilet did not work and my shower would not drain so it overflowed Into the living room luckily my friend had an room next door just went over to her room to use the bathroom and take a shower they did come fix it when I told them the next morning momm
