Nice hotelÂ'. Pleasant and helpful staff.
No whirlpool rooms
Clerk tried to attach an additional 100.00 deposit at time of check in. Room was in poor condition. Outside was extremely nasty. Offered breakfast, but was always waiting on the truck to bring it.
Clearity on monthly rates for senior citizens. Lovely staff.
The smell of cigarettes in the room wasn't too terrible, and the broken window was relatively easily kept jammed close with a pair of chopsticks.
Made reservation. Arrived at the hotel and was told no rooms available. When asked how we were going to proceed I was very curtly told to find another hotel. After complaining, was given a room(?) with light fixtures on counter and unmade bed?
The location of the hotel. It is not in a major traffic area and sits off the major road by itself.
AC broke, leaked water across the floor wetting suitcases, clothes etc., door in kitchen fell off hinges, second eye on stove didn't work, main door latch fell off, problems with individuals accessing room without permission.
Nothing. It's a hotel for homeless people and shouldn't be advettised as a regular hotel.
The floors weren't cleaned, dirty wrappers on the floor. All corners had white powder sprinkled (pest control??) Bugs everywhere. The toilet didn't work, the lid wasn't there so you had to use that plunger with the ball manually to flush it. DISGUSTING
Nothing very dirty, bed was not maid, room heavy smell of smoke, and they charge you$100.00 incidental fee. Staff unhelpful and rude. This hotel is not a family type place more of a hotel you rent by the hour. They smell of marijuana as you walk rooms.
General Manager she was very rude, she acts like she haters her job
Location and customer service.
Smell of the room, just needed carpet fresh.
close to highway and shopping mall
staff was nasty, room smelled, wreaked of smoke and its supposed to be a non-smoking room. the bathroom doorknob was on backwards. someone had to open the door to let you out.
We didn't spend the night, checked in, and checked out an hour later. Shady people hanging around, beer cans in the area, parking lot, stairs etc. No smoking room smells cigarettes and mold. Don't recommend this hotel unless you're one of those who li
We didn't spend the night, checked in, and checked out an hour later. Shady people hanging around, beer cans in the area, parking lot, stairs etc. No smoking room smells cigarettes and mold. I Don't recommend unls u like the mess
Staff was nice
Very dirty, didn’t feel comfortable, no breakfast
The cleanliness and layout. It was like being in a nice upscale home.
Breakfast didn't have bacon and ended to soon.
The only thing I did like was location
Affordable rate for such a large room.
There were about 12 or so kids that screamed, played and ran after each other from the time I checked in until very late that night. Parents weren't any quieter and let kids run amuck. Staff should walk around each hour to monitor noise levels and react.
