We had a terrible experience which started with the the attendant being absent from his post for about 30 minutes. It turned out that the attendant had left his post and was in the back laundry/utility area??? We only found this out after we placed many calls and was on hold several times with customer service at Extended Stay. Once the attendant was available to serve us, he informed us that the room we had paid for a few hours earlier had been cancelled and we needed to call their 800 to see what they would do for us. When we called the 800 they told us to talk to the attendant! Once we told them the attendant told us to call the 800, the customer service agent told us to call you all—but you all never responded to our initial email!!!! Besides, there is no way to contact you all other than email!!! Understand that this was at approximately 2:30 AM US EST!!! We were exhausted and forced to sleep in our car!!!! This was a horrible experience with you all and Extended stay which exemplified the lack of customer service. We will NEVER utilize either of your services again and will be sure to tell all about it.

Customer service was good it was clean but I didn't get what I paid for, the room they gave me had a sewer problem and I had to be moved to another room, which was even smaller, bed a full size instead of queen.

False advertising of free internet. I was behind work for two days because the internet service offered was poor and in order to get quality service you would have to pay an additional charge. Most hotels offer free quality internet not poor internet to trick you into paying for quality.
