Negatives: The door did not seem to lock

Negatives: The poor quality of the property and the rooms. It's gotten older now and in need of a serious modern renovation. Carpets are worn,old filthy. You have to keep shoes on or your feet will get dirty. Just being honest. Furniture is old now and my first room ,the chairs had bad soiling and stains. First floor was constantly screaming kids and noise until 12 am at night. Second floor my room had tile floor which was a little better,but Furniture was just old and worn out. The constant drug use and smelling of weed each night was bad. It was reported twice to the front desk. This can be stopped by calling RPD to bring a k9 in and locate the problem people doing this. From what I was told the property was sold and to be under new owners, but new owners are not doing anything to improve the property. I feel bad for the managers as they are great ,but sort of limited to what they can do. And now they charge you a$200 deposit on check in which is not shown while booking your reservation online. The outside needs grounds maintenance and some clean up. Some people just throw their trash on the parking lot and don't care. Lastly if your not allowed to book a room without a ID or information, the Lutheran services is putting up alot of illegals they help that get into the US in these facilities. Again. The front desk and managers are truly nice and great,but the place is just run down and needs renovation. Now is the part where the owners will comment and day ,Thank you for letting us know and we hope to make your next vist a better experience.

Negatives: Needs updated interior & cleaned. Also needs real WiFi.

Negatives: This place needs a full renovation. It was old, stains everywhere. The pull out bed was so uncomfortable. I would never stay here again.

Negatives: It smelled horrible like cigarettes and pot, it was also extremely dirty. The photos they use for this hotel need to be updated because it is rough. The staff tried to charge me when I already paid, I had to show prove I paid and then magically they found where I paid, I still had to pay a $200 room deposit that I’m still waiting to receive back. We booked a room that’s suited for 4 people and the room had only one towel in it, on our booking we requested extra blankets for the pullout bed and the room did not have them, when we called the front desk for them they told us we could go to the front desk and get them (I have always had someone bring things to us) that’s when they told us they were out of large blankets and we would get one later, when we finally got the blanket it was basically a throw blanket? The windows to our room were also all open which we thought was odd, but then again you could clearly tell someone had been smoking on the second floor/in the room we stayed in.

Negatives: There were bugs; quality of the room was very low, with the bathroom not being properly cleaned with filth still under the toilet; shower/tub was poor

Negatives: Not very good breakfast

Negatives: Now as for the hotel it's self. Good for the price IF your only staying one night. Carpet is in need of a good cleaning or taken the money and replacing the carpet. Could be an excellent hotel if who ever owned it would take the money to clean up somethings. Like others have said there is a 200 dollar security deposit

Negatives: Dirty worn carpet and worn out furniture. Constant drugs and dope smoking nightly. Had to put a towel in front of the door to keep the smell out. The place is getting run down.Stained dirty chairs. But it's supposed to be bought out by about individual and won't be a extended stay name much longer. Breakfast is coffee and granola bars or a packet of instant grits. Now the charge a $ 200 deposit when you arrive after you booked online. Weekly noisy screaming kids until late at night. The dope thing could be handled by calling RPD and bring a k 9 to do a sweep when guest complain.. I will look for the reply from a owner saying they read my review and sorry it did no meet my standards and hope my next stay will be better. This is the generic reply you mostly will see.

Negatives: How clean it was and the smell of marijuana in the hallways

Negatives: $200 deposit, No Ice machine, People living at the location. Not clean. Do not recommend anyone staying AT this location. Other locations may be better.
