the front desk staff and the fact that when I arrived at 2:30am like I had messaged the hotel they had already canceled my reservation lied and said booking.com did it and still tried to charge my card. Front Desk refused to give me a room and stated it was already the next day.

The price is why we chose the location, but I don't feel it was worth what I paid.

There were awful smells everywhere. No A/C in the hallways and the a/c unit sounded like a helicopter taking off. There was also a $200 mandatory hold on my credit card to stay the night after fully paying for the room. It has been 2 days since checkout and the hold is still on my card. The to go breakfast was oatmeal and coffee
I would recommend spending a few extra bucks and choose a different place to stay.
