Positives: The staff is great. My stay was great. I had an issue with my reservations and they were so kind and patient. The manager went above and beyond to fix my reservation. Been here a few weeks and never seen a bug. Staff is good about making sure you have clean sheets and towels. They really try to make you feel welcome and homey.
Negatives: The guest throw trash in the parking lot. The hotel was just bought by a new owner. They are working on making things better. I clean my own room, so for me it isn't a big deal. I see the staff cleaning things I noticed that need to be clean. That tells me they are working in cleaning the place up. I have seen improvements since I have been here.

Positives: Nothing
Negatives: The hotel room was nasty, we were scared to lay under the covers, the windows were missing screens and we had to open them cause the room smelled like urine. The floor was dirty, it was large pieces of wood around the room. Absolutely terrible.

Positives: There wasn't much for breakfast, but we didn't eat breakfast anyway.
Negatives: Could have changed the sheets and had a trash container in the room.

Positives: Nothing at all. Property was very dirty and disgusting
Negatives: Very dirty and disgusting. Broken sink, broken sofa bed, roaches, dirty bath tub, no toilet paper. The first room they sent us too wasn’t even ready from last customers. Had long strands of hair in the toilet, heavily stained and soiled mattresses on bed and sofa bed.
