Positives:
We picked this hotel specifically for its proximity to the Lenovo Center. It's about a 5 minute drive to the center so it was easy to get to and from the event we were attending. We spent very little time in the hotel and didn't really use any facilities. The coffee was very good in the morning. The free breakfast was about what I was expecting - certainly not terrible and not great either.

Had a significant problem with Booking.com I attempted multiple times to cancel booking that was for the wrong day and at a significantly higher price than the "walk in price". The site would not accept the PIN number assigned. I found the site not very intuitive for a new user. I am very dissatisfied.
The facility was otherwise well located, well maintained and reasonably priced for the area.
Negatives:
I could not reach a Booking.com representative directly after having problems with the automated system. I was frustrated by the second automated telephone contact system. I was not satisfied by the lack of online concern navigation and the inability to obtain alternate human customer service assistance.
