The bed and pillows were the comfiest ever. Breakfast offered a great choice and was really tasty. Our room had everything we needed. Parking was free and it was easy to park. We really enjoyed our stay.

The location was okay, near good food restaurants.

The staff was HORRIBLE! I waited at the front desk while the night clerk spoke loudly, behind a wall, on the phone with “her man”. The yelling, the cursing, the explicit sexual details about her body and his body, nor their sexual acts together should be heard by any guest. Myself and another guest were made to wait until she decided to end her conversation. That was disgusting to be forced to listen to while I waited to check in. In addition to that, the bed was horrible and sunk in in the middle, I had to sleep across the end of the bed to find minimal comfort. There were light bulbs out in the lamps in the room and there was no phone, so I couldn’t call the front desk for that or for any other need I may have had. I was so disappointed with the property and staff that I left a day earlier than planned.

Hotel needs upgrading. Ive stayed here about 10 years ago and they have spent zero on upgrades. Bed squeaked, ac broken, carpets dirty, sofa in room filthy, ice machine gone on 3rd fl, just old run down hotel. The only reason I stayed here was price.
Negatives:
A/C in my room broken. Asked to have it repaired but I guess it never was. Upon arrival check in person sitting in eating area vaping and on her cell phone (earbuds), got up to help me but never ended call. This was at around 730pm.

Upon check-in, there was no one at the front desk for approximately 15 - 25 minutes. Those of us in line were unsure what to do. Finally, a representative showed up, but she was very unfriendly and seemed to be annoyed that she had to help us. On top of that she offered no reason why she had been away for so long and did not offer an apology. There was another gentleman there, who had found someone in his room and had come back to get another room. The representative issued him a new key card, but was very unapologetic or helpful to him. He got on the elevator with us to attempt entering his room a second time, but was unable to. We last heard from him when he was getting on the elevator to try a third time.
