Negatives: Our room smelled like musty mildew, wet carpet near fridge and AC. AC not working properly and couldnÂ't sleep much. Overall cleanliness and housekeeping service to room was horrible. Hotel not updated and this Hampton inn location was one of the worst

Negatives: I don't like that they don't clean the rooms daily. Still using covid as an excuse to not do there job. I understand it's hard to find staff but the rates are the same and the customer is receiving less service.

Positives: Convenient location. Secure. Comfortable bed, nice comforter.
Negatives: Desk attendant not wearing mask despite signs being all over that one is required. No one necessarily likes them but wear them out of respect for others, just in case! Staff not having respect enough to do same was disturbing. Almost left but room prepaid

Positives: I appreciated that overnight cleaning services were temporarily by request only so that we could avoid contact during these uncertain times. Staff wore masks and gloves. Room was very large and comfortable.
Negatives: Keeping pets requires a non-refundable $50, which is understandable.
