Only one washer and dryer in the building. Due to husband’s health had to stay extra day. After washing clothes, the only clothes dryer didn’t work. This was reported. The room remained cold and the fridge didn’t cool properly(not reported). We had to throw away food and had to purchase clothes in the middle of the night.

Disgraceful service from Manager, Jerome. Passport went missing from Hotel room - spoke to the Manager, Jerome who treated me disgracefully. When explaining to him that I felt it had been stolen, his first response was 'We don't know that' - which I simply could not believe that would be the first response to a customer who was in this situation. When I asked for help - his follow up response was 'That's not my job'.
He then walked into the back and didn't return. Simply the worst service I have ever received.
Luckily the Night Manager, Josh i think his name was, was helpful afterwards - but absolutely shocking behaviour. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
