Positives: The rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable,property close to downtown area Majority of the staff are very polite. The young lady that made our drinks at the bar Saturday evening was very friendly and professional she acknowledged us before we even set down.
Negatives: They are now charging $75 a night refundable incidental fee when it use to be $50 for the duration of your stay.so I’m not very fond of that. But I’m sure it’s a good reason for the change. I really think microwaves should be in each room , it’s definitely in inconvenience to have to walk down the hall to use it and then to see that it needs cleaning from previous usage by other guest. Saturday night after my husband and I returned from our date while walking through lobby the bartender( not the one who was our server) ran up on us suddenly and said “we don’t have a card on file for you, we need a card on file “ and then she ran back to the bar . Another guest even mentioned how rude that was and It just bothered us through the night. I understand employees have a job to do but it could have been handled differently. Trust me we are not all crooks ! It was so embarrassing in front of other people especially when I actually did have a card on file. The front desk staff person who originally checked us in did resolve whatever the issue was but I feel the bartender was rather rude because of the way she did it. However the Hilton is my favorite brand and the hotel is beautiful and the staff is lovely but we have made the decision to never stay at this particular location again . Losing 2 guest compared to having thousands won’t hurt .

Positives: Bar and restaurant located on property. Rooms were clean
Negatives: Had to pay $150 when checked in( as a credit hold), booking only stated a $50 credit hold. Also air wasn’t working in first room changed rooms at 5am in the morning.
