Positives:
I was upgraded to a king size comfortable bed, nice features (microwave, refrigerator) in the room. Close to where I needed to go.
Breakfast staff remembered my need for decaf coffee.. Very nice fitness room with a good variety of equipment.
Negatives:
The room key didn't work initially so I had to go back downstairs to get new ones. I was very tired after a long train ride.
