Positives: The front desk were friendly, hotel clean, bed’s comfortable, nice soaps/shampoo, breakfast was ok, bacon or sausage would have been a good addition. felt very safe, u had to swipe your key card to go up in the elevators.

Positives: location and the size of the room
Negatives: customer service - I called about 9:00pm that our power went out. The young lady told me I had turn of the main power. I called back because I could not get the lights to go off in the kitchen. The young lady put me on hold for 15 minutes! I hung up called back and another person answered and “said the person who helped me was coming back to the phone and I waited another 5 minutes! When she got on the phone she said “I am sorry but I had to go take care of something else. “ REALLY!!! That was not considerate at all of my time and it left a bad taste in my mouth even though the room and place was great that poor communication was all I thought about. Please make sure customer’s matter to all employees especially those in customer service who answers our calls.

Positives: Breakfast choices were better than some other properties I've stayed at. It was nice to have more than pastry and bagel choices included in the price of the room. As a woman traveling alone, appreciated the fact that you had to use your key card to enter the hotel after 6pm and also to use the elevator.
Negatives: I have no complaints
