Positives: Young man on Saturday night was at front desk. He was extremely nice and helpful, a georgia fan but I won't hold that against him. :)
Negatives: Hotel only had handicap rooms which I didn't want and didn't ask for. Rooms were old and bathroom floor was gross. The AC unit sounded like a jet engine and building is old.

Positives: The location Â' the staff was very friendly a little too friendly. They did accommodate my reservation and allowed me to change my room from king to two queens and I appreciate that.
Negatives: I asked for the highest floor unfortunately they also put the family w/children on the same floor. all evening I heard kids playing laughing and crying until around 1 am. So I didnÂ't get any sleep. I complained but told sold out nd couldnÂ't change r

Positives: The location, staff and cleanliness of room were the best parts.
Negatives: The bed and pillows were terrible and my back has been hurting ever since. The toilet just ran continuously and the AC was extremely loud. I didn't rest well at all. Upon checkout I did express my concerns to staff.

Positives: Staff was the best part. Rooms were spacious and well appointed / decorated. My son has surgery at a nearby hospital and we stayed at the hotel for two days following his surgery. The staff could not have been more helpful. Thanks!
Negatives: The dark stained doors make the hotel feel dated. The fans in the bathroom should be cleaned more often with regular housekeeping. The fan had a thick blanket of dust and debris on it. Other than that, the room seemed perfectly clean.

Negatives: I didnt realize it was pet friendly. I wish pet friendly hotels had a not pet designation for certain rooms like non smoking rooms. Three out of five members in our family are allergic.

Positives: Clean and comfortable bedding. Nice big television.
Negatives: Noisy AC/heater. Bathroom so poorly designed that it was hard to get into and close the door without stepping into the shower. No glasses for water at the sink beside the bath. More towels, hand towels, and washcloths needed. Coffee pot leaked. Breakfast was AWFUL! and we were not the only ones who did not like it at all, the trash bin where we emptied our trays was filled with breakfast sandwiches with one bite only taken. Two "fancy" egg sandwiches were cold and tasteless, the oatmeal was watery and needed to cook longer. Do not advertise a hot breakfast if the only hot items are horrible.

Clean hotel, decent location, staff was not up to par. We have stayed here at least 3 times before this visit. I will not return.
