Negatives: The floor carpet in our room was not clean. The breakfast was not great but ok. For a 4 star hotel we found it odd to not have proper utensils (only plastic disposable forks, knifes and spoons)

Positives: convenient location and clean

Negatives: Rooms out dated and the bathroom in the room was terrible. Very small shower heads, water barely comes out. The bathroom it is so tight and small the door barely closes because of the toilet.

Positives: My spouse and I were in Raleigh because my mother was going into hospice care and was expected to pass shortly after we arrived. However, we wound up staying for two weeks. The hotel staff was very accomodating as we had to continually extend our stay. Despite the near capacity status of the hotel, we were allowed to stay in the same room. The free hot breakfasts were a bonus and the hotel was located near the highways and businesses we had to frequent. The staff was always friendly and greeted us when we came down stairs and when we left. I cannot say enough good things about Star, Aaron, Brandon, Ian, Catherine, Bridget, the hotel engineer and the other front desk gentleman whose name I did not get. The hospitality team was always friendly and helpful as well.

Negatives: I have no complaints except a vending machine for snacks might have been convenient.
