La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Raleigh Crabtree

Negatives: My stay was okay but I’m disappointed, I came in on Thursday departing Saturday I requested my room Be cleaned 3x and my trash from Thursday was still there Friday night when I returned. The swimming pool was dirty, this is also another reason this hotel was selected

Negatives: The room was absolutely disgusting. There was what looked like pop smeared in the toilet and side of the tub. The beding had stains. There was like cookie crumbs on the table by tv and knats. Not to mentioned it smelled like smoke. Absolutely disgusting. Never going there again.

Negatives: The first night we stay the room smells but after they clean the room the next day the smell was gone. Lobby and hallway also smells bad.

Negatives: First room had a smell was moved to another room with mold, etc it was too late to change again as I had an event to attend

Negatives: It was dirty, smelled like smoke and the elevators barely worked. There were roaches in my bathroom. It is in need of repair and upkeep.

Negatives: This is one of the nastiest , gutter bottom, out dated , falling apart and smelliest hotels I ever stepped foot into! Please never go here ! The elevator is torn apart , for the floor button #4 is missing so u have to put your finger in the hole to press it ! The halls ways and stair ways have an awful stench of cigarette smoke and urine . Rooms are not clean . I found stains around the mattress , stains on my towels in the room , all the furniture and upholstery are old and nasty! The hotel itself is outdated , nasty and falling apart . There’s patches in the ceiling , the list goes on , if I could rate this hotel a -5 I would ! It really feels like you’re in a homeless shelter .. actually this hotel needs to be condemned and seriously renovated !

Negatives: Carpet was dirty and sticky. The tub was stained. Very dated and worn

Negatives: Very run down- missing buttons for the elevator, handicap doors didn’t work, bag of what looked like drugs in the elevator ceiling (which was missing), key cards didn’t work for the back door entrance, very sketchy happenings going on behind the building in the back parking lot, bags of trash on the ground next to the dumpster. Very uncomfortable/unsafe feeling in the hotel- husband was approached by a man and two women- they were trying to see if he would be a customer - as in a proposition for prostitution.

Negatives: Elevators not safe. Missing bottons. Some times did not worked. Carpets dirty. No luggage carts. Constant smelling of cigarette and weed smoke.

Negatives: Elevators work when they want to? Unsafe conditions in an elevator, buttons missing, electrical hazard. Stairwell smells like urine. Key cards stop working randomly. AC in room hardly worked, AC in whole building was down on a 100+ degree day. Unsafe not only for the guests but the staff as well. This entire place needs its OWNERS to show it some TLC so the staff doesn’t get blamed for their terrible way of operating this hotel, and probably doing bare minimum to even keep it running in the first place.
