Negatives: Main elevator had broken buttons. It was dirty inside

Negatives: When arrived to the airport I had to go to my interview I asked can I come at 2pm instead of 3pm called while I was heading from the hotel had me on hold and didn’t ever come back to the call. But when I arrive to the hotel . once there I asked the receptionist is it possible I can check in now ?she was rude n unprofessional and I explained to her and also told her the reason why I needed to check in . Said no at first she didn’t have no rooms available.. and If so I would have to pay an extra if . I asked her why because from nyc -Miami or even Bahamas they would let you enter the room before 3pm and won’t charge you a fee. She told me well you can go and pointed , it’s a mall over there you can go and stay there for an hr. Then when I was giving the key to the room it was the nasty walk down a hotel hallway disgusting,from the walls to the carpet even the doors was nasty and not clean , where they have you sit in the chairs need to be discarded dirty . And let’s not mention all through the hallway it’s smelled that shit!!! And it would be right next to my room .. smh I dropped my bad and left if it wasn’t for me needing to have my things there to go to the interview . I wouldn’t have even came back for my things .crazy part i didn’t even come back that night didn’t sleep there . The room was disgusting as well they need to pull up that rug wash the wall the light fixtures was even nasty. Thank god the wash cloths n towels looked cleaned I never been to hotel La Quinta like this before in my life .. it doesn’t look like a hotel at all a motel and a dirty one at that . I also have videos but it won’t let me upload so I’ll add it to google review

Negatives: Everything about it was bad. Damaged ceilings, bugs, exposed electrical, damaged elevators, shady people.

Negatives: The staff dry and rude the elevators didn't work it was 2 long tables in the room 507 didn't look how it looked online our whole carpet in the room was soaked the ice machine was empty and the room had a old smell really wasn't a good experience will NOT RECOMMEND OR BOOK THERE AGAIN

Negatives: Ants in the bed. Needs an upgrade bad ! Dirty , nothing works .

Negatives: Rude staff dirty rooms mouses in the rooms with roaches, elevators worked half the time the hallway smelled like pee there was never fresh coffee and they treated other people more important than any other person that is just the same equal not sure why other than being paid off by The pimps that stay in this in the hotel and are being paid to have people thrown out by the pimp to the fun desk and he himself can have five rooms and live there permanently while other people have to check out or get kicked out every 30 days or whenever this front desk just wants you out because he says so or because they just want you out cuz they don't like you and they're very judgmental and harassing and the manager is in cahoots with the pimp and the front desk I will never return to this hotel and I do not recommend to anyone no matter how cheap it may get it's not worth it!

Negatives: Dish TV system was kinda junk and actually hard to get working.

Negatives: When we got to the elevator, the down button was missing, got inside the elevator and it was stuck in the 3rd floor which was were our room was, door of the room, you could see thru the door hinges, get inside the room, turned on the lights and saw a roach! The beds were not clean and the wash clothes had stains, I was highly upset and did not feel safe and was not pleased. I will never return to this property ever again.
