Price and location are bearable

Free breakfast. Thats all really. Its near the mall which is central.
Negatives:
Smoke free my butt. The place reeked of it. The room was damp and I dont think it was cleaned in the past year. There was an obvious sticky spot near the TV. Doors are thin and you can hear anything going by it. One of the light switches near the bedside lamps was basically the breaker for the whole room.
