Location is convenient and very easy to get around. Beds are comfortable

More towels- I hate to say it but the front desk staff is not very customer service oriented. Does not greet customers upon entering or say goodbye upon exit. Never asked if my stay was OK.The rooms need updated. My shower curtain rod was broken so the shower curtain did not stay in place

Location is great- good value...
Positives:
Pros about my stay were that there was a bed to sleep in and a shower, parking was free. That's it.
Negatives:
When I arrived I was informed that my room was on the fourth floor and the elevator was not working. So after my 8 hour drive with an infant, my elderly father and teenage daughter, I carried all of our luggage up 4 flights of stairs. The stairwell looked like it had not been cleaned in a very long time, there were spills everywhere, and they never were cleaned up. Major safety hazard imo. No coffee pot, fridge, or microwave. House keeping did not come at all during the stay. The entire place smelled like Marijuana. There were alot of dogs. And you could smell them.
