Negatives: Room was in disrepair. Vents on HVAC unit broken. The 2 bedspreads didn’t even match. Almost slipped in tub (handicapped room!!!). No hairdryer in room, but staff did bring one.

Negatives: Our hotel room was facing the parking lot and it was noisy. The North Carolina Squat Club was having a little get together in the parking lot playing music loud and revving the engines.

Negatives: Our first room had mold over the entire inside and underside of the AC/heating unit. The entire floor reeked of marijuana as did the entire floor of our newly assigned floor. Trash cans were constantly overfilled so trash was on the floor the entire 3 days we were there. Our second assigned room had some type of round, moth-like bugs in it that I couldn’t figure out where they came from.

Negatives: It was ghetto and the staff is not welcoming. The lady at the front who checked me in talked 1000 words a minute and her tone was low. There was another person I guess who was checking in keys behind the desk as well who didn’t even acknowledge me while the check-in lady was helping someone else at that time before she got to me. She just looked at me when I walked in… customer service sucks. When we got on the elevator. The numbers on the elevator don’t work and when we got off on our floor it smelt just like smoke and the trash needed to be taken out. Trash was on the floor soon as we got off the elevator. The worker who was on with us got off and walked right by it… no concern. The location is great by far, this hotel is just an over night stay. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone I know. The rooms are okay the smell goes away when you are in for the night. This hotel on the site says a continental breakfast is in included, if you call coffee that was burnt on the counter a continental breakfast OK. The workers have no professionalism.
