Positives: The location and the staff. The hotel itself is older than a new hotel but this hotel was clean and provided everything we needed. The staff was committed to the customer.

Positives: Apartment setting. T
Negatives: Cups not provided for coffee. I checked everywhere and did not find it. Linen provided for sofabed was incomplete and included. At pool, no towels were provided after I inquired if there would be some at the pool area. When I got there, no towels there.

Positives: The location and overall presentation of the hotel was very nice. The rooms were very clean and organized.
Negatives: The attitude of guest services representative was very unfriendly and she did not give accurate information on the return of the incendental fee, I still haven't received it back on my card.
