Before Saturday, Dec 14th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Saturday, Dec 14th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in New York), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Dec 14, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given (Property policy).
