Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

The staff was fantastic. Friendly and accommodating. There was an issue with the kitchenette sink and they took care of it ASAP. The room was very clean. I love that there aren’t ANY carpets! It makes cleaning and sanitizing so much easier and better. Plus I discovered they’re pet-friendly!

Positives:
The room was clean and comfortable. The location was near everything I needed and in the center of where my clients were. My stove was not working in my little kitchenette, and they came to fix it right away.
Negatives:
There was pollen everywhere, and I understand not clearing the ground by the hotel rooms. Of course, you would track that stuff in the room. However, a little spray of water weekly would help. You could not hold on to the banister without it getting all over your hands. It made my allergies worse than normal, otherwise, it was what I needed for my business trip and I will go there again for sure.

There was a list of things wrong. There were no bottoms to the dresser draws, no nobs, no remote. I went to get one from the front desk. Got back to my room, and it still didn't work, so I tried to call, and the phone didn't work. And the 2nd one I got turned it on the tv but nothing else. The stuff was unhelpful as can be. I asked for a new phone and was told: " Well, I can't change your room." I didn't ask for a new phone. I asked for a remote and a working phone.
