Positives:
The staff was great! No carpet in our room! The breakfast area had an 88% health grade.
Negatives:
The breakfast was sparse, what they had was just okay. The mattresses are extra firm. Our remote didn't work so they changed the batteries. That didn't help. Then they changed our room, before we moved to the new room a staff member suggested we get the remote from a room not used. That worked, however they forgot to change the reservation back to our current room. This lead to someone forcibly. banging on our door the next morning . On our final day at breakfast someone brought their dog in the eating area. It wasn't wearing a service vest. The hotel is pet friendly, but I don't think they should be allowed in the food area. Service animals would be the exception. It wasn't a great experience. The best thing about this hotel is the staff.

Beds were terrible and the people at the front desk were rude and they let random people that are not staying there come and use the pool.

Alot of the stuff was broken in the room. Staff was never around. And one lady I talk to said there was coachroach in her room.
Negatives:
Almost everything.
