When we checked in the staff was very professional and helpful but when we checked out we asked the guy that checked us out for a receipt and he said he cant give is any but Hampton will email me. We had stayed at this Hampton Hotel before and never had they send us a receipt as of today we have not get a receipt from Hampton.

Our power went out in half of our room on the first night by some weird accident and the concierge Eric was so nice and helpful. He quickly helped us switch rooms and made sure that we were settled into our new room for the remainder of our stay. The cleaning staff did an excellent job cleaning our room and placing our kids stuffys on their bed.
