When called the front desk from my room, no one answered the phone had to walk down to Office. Cat litter dumped on ground outside room. They knew about it and didnt clean it up. Bathroom door would not close cockroach in my room. If you wanna know more

The staff are allowed to smoke weed There's only one employee that goes above and beyond. That should get a promotion or a pay raise cuz she earned it. roaches in the room mold growing on walls employees dogs allowed to be off leash and attack other dogs

The staff here is ALWAYS so very welcoming & hospitable! They offer assistance to every guest before being asked, and they are eager to make every guests hotel stay a memorable one!
