Positives:
Very easy to get to, parking was convenient, staff were friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
Draperies dont close. Being on the first floor and having a window facing the parking lot, I wasnt happy about this.

The hotel was absolutely disgusting. There was dirt all over. Burn holes and stains on the bedding. Like blood or ink stains all over. A cop was arresting someone as i pulled in. There was piss on the floor of bathroom that wasnt from me

Front desk was helpful during checkin and offered us free cancellation because pool was closed. Also moved our rooms around so we could have conjoined rooms with family. Called and complained about noise from upstairs at around 1 am and we could hear staff upstairs 5 minutes later telling them to be quiet.

Towels were dirty upon checkin , walls are very thin. Not an area I would want to be outside after dark in.

Location only, not far from highway.
Negatives:
The price wasn't the same as in Booking, the price raised by almost an extra $40 upon arrival. The room was dirty and didn't look fresh like in the pictures. Dirty pillow cases. Broken TV, lamps, door locks. Let the staff know and it seemed like they were trained to say "Ill let the manager know in the morning" ~~ they definitely knew the rooms were jacked up. Woke up in the middle of the night went to the bathroom only to find it swarming with roaches... We left shortly after. The only way this place has 3 stars is by having friends and family boosting the ratings. This is most definitely a 1 star only so that you can leave a review warning others away from the place.

Location nice room size clean. Night clerk was very helpful and courteous

Fridge didnt work in one of my rooms and A/C didnt work in the other room. I told the morning clerk as I checked out and she was not interested in what I told her. No apologies or sorry for the inconvenience
