Positives:
1 had 2 rooms 1 was meant to be a suite with a separate pull out couch it was only a double room. I paid for a suite. I got there late and had things to do for my nephews wedding no t I me to argue the room

At lot of clutter the ice machine only worked on the 3rd floor. I was to have suites but only got regular rooms. Paid for suites.

We where staying for a wedding. The room was satisfactory but I had booked one room for my sister her husband and our mother. I booked a suite with a pull out Sofa to give them spawns give a double queen. Which was crowded since my mother requires a walker. Also only 3rd floor ice machine was working

I like the location and the staff was really friendly. Breakfast was good with a wide variety of hot and cold selections.
Negatives:
The whole 3rd floor floor reeked of pot smoke. When mentioned it to the desk clerk, she said the 3rd floor was mostly Rebuild NC participants who were semi-permanent residents and they were having a problem with them smoking pot but there was nothing they could do about it. They have an ineffective air purifier just outside the elevators, and they spray rooms heavily with air fresheners to try to remove the odor. Because of this, we will not return to this hotel.
