Fantastic location with beautiful river view. We really liked the modern furnishing of the room and lobby and confortable bed. Lovely bar on top floor with amazing terrace also with river view. We will return!

So I just feel that when you are spending 300.00 a night, the balcony should be clean. It was very clear that someone had not cleaned the balcony for a while. Large spider webs with lots of bugs, so many that I did not spend much time out there.

The location was great for the concert that they had. The lounge and outdoor areas were superb. The guest services and housekeeping were always so helpful. Our friends loft/room was so roomy u may consider it for the next stay.

The price was a bit steep but we got through it. There wasnt anything else about the hotel that didnt meet my expectations or that I didnt like. This was our second time staying here so we will be back.

The room was nicely decorated and very well appointed, and the views were great. The location is also great, right in the middle of the downtown riverfront. The bed was excellent, it's one of the first times I've ever stayed in a hotel and my back didn't hurt because of the difference in the hotel mattress and my mattress at home. All around a great experience!
Negatives:
The room was a little pricey, and the staff at the rooftop restaurant could have been friendlier. Although the rooms are a little expensive, given the location and the prices of surrounding establishments, they aren't unreasonable.
