The ‘lady’ that working the check in counter acted like he couldn’t be bothered when asking him simple questions. Overall incredibly rude and unprofessional. He was eating a gas station pizza, which is fine, but seemed really entitled when I was asking if my room was ready.

I really liked how Sweet the staff were and how clean the rooms were they all looked absolutely immaculate in the beds were so so unbelievably comfortable, and the lady who runs the kitchen is just so sweet and so helpful and the Lady Tatiana who works at the front desk just has the sweetest personality and you can tell she really cares about people. This is the type of environment that I will stay in every time I come here I will never stay at another hotel anytime coming to Wilmington from now on

This is my 4th or 5th night here and I get more comfortable every single day. I like it so much here that I don't ever want to go home. But this will definitely be the place that I stay next time I come into town. The manager David is just absolutely so sweet and you can tell he really cares about the guests.

All the staff we're super sweet and helpful. The manager David is so wonderful and made sure I was satisfied with everything in the room I reserved and had everything I needed before I even checked in, definitely my go-to place from now on. The prices are the best in town and the rooms are super nice as well.
