Used sanitary napkin was left behind the toilet and strands of hair on top of the tub area. Room didn’t feel clean once I discovered those issues.

The location. That's it. It was underwhelming in every other way.
Negatives:
There were three cockroaches on the floor of the room when we got in, and a strong smell of detergent or insecticide. There were then dead baby cockroaches IN BETWEEN THE BED SHEETS! The bathroom was not clean, the bathroom fan was broken, and the complimentary shampoo and conditioner dispensers were empty. The staff didn't care about our concerns and ignored our request to change rooms. This place is a glorified dive of a motel, and for the same price you could probably get a better location, an actually clean room, and staff that cares.
