Negatives: That the night attendent was VERY rude.. and I was charged by booking once and the hotel twice also a 100 deposit. I have called I know 10 times and the manager is never there. Oh and the guy that said that the manager with be there Saturday that was a lie. I called today and he was on vacation. I mean if you dont want to deal with the issue. Your in the wrong buisness!!! I just want a refund of the 303.38. This is and was not right.. and for her to bad mouthing other hotels was way wrong!!! they need to get rid of her for sure!!!

Negatives: Roaches was not nice and the pool wasnt open. Staff also walked in my room without knocking while we were laying in bed. If a refund was available it would be nice........ people slamming doors and yelling at 2AM and the parking lot is full of blunt wraps and cigar butts

Negatives: Toilet seat was broken, AC was not changing speeds and didn't keep room cold, TV volume wouldn't go down past 15, and phone didn't work for room. There were also people standing outside like they live there. Made me feel like my family wasn't safe there. Although it was close to some awesome stuff, it just doesn't have a good atmosphere.

Negatives: The staff were kind of rude yelled at my child. Took us a long time to get us booked rooms were ok not the best of the best.

Negatives: I didn't like how small the beds were a family of four.

Negatives: The photos of the property are not accurate. The upkeep of the building is sub par. Several of the amenities were not available. There was a sign in the lobby that said: "No pool, no breakfast - We do not rent to locals." The parking lot is small and difficult to navigate. However, the main issue is that that this motel seems to be popular with residents who are renting day-to-day or week-to-week. There is a significant issue with homelessness and drug use in the area. There were at least 2 people camping in the grassy area near the parking lot and pool. Trash was an issue. When I told a local bartender that I was staying here he said jokingly, "are you paying by the hour?" All that being said, people who are struggling with addiction and homelessness are not bad people. I work in the field, so this not a judgment on them. They need a place to live as well. I felt safe there but it was an environment I'd rather have avoided while on vacation. For the typical traveler looking for a lower cost hotel, my recommendation is to choose somewhere else. It will be worth your while to pay an extra $30-50 per night and stick with the major hotel chains. I would not recommend this property for families, especially with young children as there may be safety issues.

Negatives: Was under construction. Pool was green. Homeless people living in parking lot. Room wasnt clean. Matress had burn holes. No water pressure
