Right off 95, room was clean, bed comfortable

Early morning staff was rude to my wife. She had to get ahold of me for an emergency and the staff refused to connect her to my room, ring my room and take a message. This is pure laziness and he needs a training on customer service.

The manager was very rude. It was not kept doors were dinged and dirty. Rooms were dirty. Curtain was ripped. The elevator went out and I asked the hotel to accommodate my 76 years mother because she could not walk up 3 flights of steps. They took hours. Again the manager was very rude bMy son had a basketball game so I lef. When I returned they told me if I moved rooms now I would have to pay for both rooms. So I checked out and went to Fairfield in across the street. I m am making a formal complaint to the corporate office I am requesting a full refund.
