Room was under refinishing and assigned it anyway, no toiletries, one towel set the beds were nice though so I stayed

The feel of the whole room. It had broken lights, bandages on the remote and dirty. The floors were wood or vinyl wood floors and could tell they weren't clean. The tub and sink weren't clean. The bed sheets looked as if it wasn't clean. The room was bad. We normally go to upscale hotels, but was trying to save on money so choose this place, bad idea because we still ending up paying over $250 for rooms because we had to find another hotel to check into in order to leave this room. We deserve a refund or at half of our money back!

Access to I-95 was good.
Negatives:
Our room 216 was gross-beat up walls, doors&floors.Never received ANY maid service despite complaining to front desk daily. No requested wakeup call daily til last day & it was 1 1/4 hours earlier than requested.Asked for owners info but they refused.
Positives:
The location was the only positive thing I can say about this hotel was the location off rt 95.
Negatives:
The check in was strange, I couldn't understand or hear the guy through the 5 inch of glass pane and the lobby was locked. No elevator and we had luggage to carry upstairs. The room was dank smelling and bed was not comfortable, it felt like a pull out couch. The toilet was clogged up after one flush and took several tries to go down. Thank fully we didnt see any bugs, but it smelled like bug spray.

False advertisingpictures on the sure does not portray what the facility actually looks like currently. When I turned the corner to the hotel to go to pool (no pool chairs or towels) the maintenance man was standing there with a ski mask on in 90 degree weather and on top of that ppl where actually doing car repairs on their vehicles. When complained the owners brother was rude and disrespectful threatening to charge me $150 for using a hand towel to clean coffee that was spilled in the fridge s that housekeeping neglected to clean. He stated you get what you pay for and this is not give star.
