Positives:
Nothing other than location to Winston-Salem Fair Grounds.
Negatives:
First visit to Winston-Salem for a dog show at the fair grounds. Where shall we start? Broken door, unable to easily access room as door does not seal from top and therefore it takes brute strength to open the door. Lord help you if you were being pursued and needed to quickly and safely access your room. Tv does not work. Fridge does not seal so without my own bungee cord would not keep anything cold and dripped water on the floor. Bed was an old spring mattress but I guess that was the best part. Interior old and tired. Extremely unsafe conditions for a woman traveling alone. Tenants outside enjoying a toke of marijuana is sucked into your room through the a/c. Fine if you are a recreational user but for those who are not it is off putting. And then can we talk about the apparent drug users rambling through the parking lot. Oh and the police the first night with a guy on his knees, perhaps drugs, perhaps robbery attempt at the Dunkin Donuts? Either way the clientele this hotel caters to is not one I would ever recommend nor stay in again.

The water was hot. Thats it
Negatives:
The bathroom was gross. The carpet was dirty, torn, and frayed. The entry door stressed me out. It didn't seem to close all the way even when latched. I literally went to Home Depot to buy a cut 2x4 and used it as a wedge under the knob to feel safe. The free breakfast is a joke.
