Positives:
Variety of services. Computer to check e-mail. Pool. Lounge. Breakfast was great, good variety of items, plenty of space. Rooms were average size to maybe a bit smaller than average, but it had microwave, refrigerator, television, desk, ample lighting.
Negatives:
Maintenance, minor items. Chips on walls of elevator. Corner guards on steps missing in a couple places.

Hair in tub and on clean towels, doors that set locked 24 hours were not locked at all! Dirty carpet dirty chairs in breakfast area very run down! No towels pool side, had to go to front desk and get some while they were standing around some outside smo

Our room cleanliness was not up to par. However, the staff was nice and cleaned the room. The bed sizes were small (somewhere between a twin and a full).

Arrived early and would not check me in, waited 15 min, then the computers when down and I sat there for 2 1/2 hours till I got a room. Was not happy about that at all.

Floor was not vacuumed when we arrived. Had to find someone to vacuum. Room was cold and took 24 hours to warm up. Comforter was dirty. Went to pool area, it was cold and unsupervised.

The room had dead bugs, hair all over in the bathtub and the guest in the room around us were up yelling half the night. When I took my son to the pool the birthday parties were throwing balls at everyone and lots of alcoholic beverages were everywhere

We checked out at 5:30 AM. They called us at 3:30 PM when we were 400 miles away and told us that a bed covering was missing and they were going to charge us for it. we didnt take it. We dont have it.
