I thought the rate was too high for the level and location of the accommodation. I like this brand and will generally choose it over other brands of a similar level without feeling like the it will cost a premium to do so. This time it was approximately 25% more than comparable accommodations but in the area and compared to other locations

The bathroom door couldn't be opened all the way as it scraped on the floor. Our room was right by the elevators and it was very loud when they were used. Also, the pool was closed.

We had a king suite, and it was a good sized, clean room.
Negatives:
The bedding for the pullout couch was not clean and we had to ask for new ones.
The breakfast was mediocre - very few options compared to other Hilton Hotels.

The keyless check in, size of the room.

The keyless entry did not work for the pool door, exterior door, or work out room. we had to get an actual key, and then the keyless entry did not work for the room.

For the most part (see below) the rooms worked out okay. Breakfast was good.
Negatives:
Hotel has a plumbing problem so we had to change rooms. This is an older Hampton Inn with flooring that bounced when you stepped on it, resulting in extra noise. There was also a bit more noise coming from the neighboring rooms/hallway. Other than the plumbing problem, the hotel was as good as I would expect in an energy town with an overheated economy.
