The location and how quiet it was.
Negatives:
Pool was closed, and there was no indication of that online when it has been closed for some time. I also asked for some bedding and was going to change them myself because I wanted to replace them and I knew housekeeping wouldn't be working at the time I asked and the worker at the front desk had no idea where they were kept. When I asked a different worker, she was only able to get me the sheets and not a blanket because she said that "they don't like us touching that stuff".

The room was a good size with comfortable beds, and the breakfast was nice. We didn’t use any facilities, but things seemed to be running well.
