Positives:
For the price, it met all expectations, and I got a good nights sleep. The bathroom/shower was nice, and seems to have been renovated relatively recently.
Negatives:
It is definitely run-down and not maintained that well, as in there were visible stains on the walls, the lock to our door, while sufficient, seemed like it wasn't going to last a whole lot longer, the mattress was a bit stiff, although I slept fine, The side entrance door to the building does not shut completely. Obviously, the bare minimum of effort is put in to the upkeep of this place, however, it is one of the cheaper options here, and it was just good enough to still get a decent sleep.

We did not stay here. We felt unsafe from the moment we pulled into the property.
Positives:
The staff was nice and location was good - not near loud roads.
Negatives:
Super run down, potholes in parking lot, lobby wasnt very inviting. You get the vibe that this is a cheap stay for construction workers. The shower needs some drano ran through it to burn all the hair.
