Positives:
Although staff and I did not see eye to eye.. they did end up making things right. I think it was more of a cultural bias of each other tha anything, but I was pleasantly surprised by the outcome. Room was clean and housekeeping staff were very sweet.

They used to have the availability for us to log into our own Netflix, prime, or other accounts, but stopped that. We really miss that. Other hotels do this so there's got to be a way to manage this without other customers abusing the accounts of others

Close to amenities and main drag in fargo. I liked we kinda had an up dated room with laminate flooring. Carpet in hotels has to be the worse. Heat in room worked great. Our mattress was brand new which is nice. Pool & hot tub working.
Negatives:
Our bathroom door wouldnt close and had duck tape holding it together. They say no smoking but someone was definitely smoking pot in the hotel. Tiniest pillows ever. Breakfast coffee was brown water, we didnt eat anything as we werent hungry.

The room was very dirty. It was obviously not cleaned well from the previous guests and many areas looked like they werent cleaned for a long time. Mattress was stained.

I booked online and booking was very easy and so was check-in.
Negatives:
I got up to the room and it looked nothing like the online photos, the room smelled bad of smoke, there was hair in both beds & hair in the tub. I went straight to the front desk to get a refund and left the hotel. I was told my card would NOT be charged since I was there maximum 15min yet I was still charged and not refunded.

The overnight front desk attendant was very rude and was pretty much kicking me out when I came back to the hotel because i forgot my room key. Told me to 'come back tomorrow'.

It was one of the only hotels available in Fargo.

We rented a room for three adults; a king bed and a sofa bed. After finding out (upon check-in) that they had no elevator, we three women proceeded to DRAG our gigantic suitcases up the nasty carpet on the stairs.
When we got to the room, we discovered there were no linens or pillows for the pull-out sofa.
Back down to the lobby. There is a doorbell button you are supposed to push for service...I did that a few times before anyone appeared. They searched, no pillows for the sofa. They gave me a bundle of sheets. The bed only had three pillows for two people so I wasn't going to take theirs.
Got up to the room, they neglected to give me the wifi password. Back down to the lobby and the often neglected doorbell. You get the idea.
The brekky was crap; the juice machine had labels for orange juice, apple juice, etc., but it was all WATER.
If you are going to rent a room with a pull-out couch, you should have linens for that couch. And pillows.
IMO, a hotel should have to specify on all sites that they have no elevator.
