We tried to check in at 2 different times on Saturday after 3. They didn't have a clean room for us. We canceled our reservation and stayed at the hotel next door.

Our suite was clean and comfortable. We had a full kitchen which was perfect with the kids.

The hot tub and pool were dirty. The facility was good, just needed a good cleaning.

The staff are very friendly and made us feel welcome.

Not much - we were the only ones in the pool and that was nice.
Negatives:
Front desk staff was very rude, staff never picked up the phone, no extra bedding, the furniture in the room was looking very worn - ripped fabric on chairs etc. The water feature for kiddie pool wasn’t working and neither was the phone in the pool area. No allergen info available at breakfast and staff cleaned up before 9:30 - very rushed feeling. Won’t be staying here again.
