Positives:
The staff did a great job - check-in, assistance with room issue, helping with family pictures - very friendly. Breakfast was included and very nice - including both hot and cold choices.
Negatives:
Our room had a water leak - staff promptly moved us to another room (upgrade with no additional charge). There was no elevator which made 2nd floor rooms more difficult for aging family members.

Nothing special but it was a decent place at a decent price.
Positives:
It was clean in our room. The bed was fine. They were friendly at the desk. The breakfast was good. I was glad for a laundry room.
Negatives:
The lobby smelled like cigarettes so the smell is throughout the laundry room. Fortunately there are non smoking rooms, which is what we had.

The bedding did not appear to have been clean. I took a picture and showed it the desk person a housekeeper overheard and offered to go make up the room right away. We left to eat and when we returned it was done. Staff were very nice.
