The bedroom was big and the beds were comfortable. The WiFi was stable and strong.

The staff were rude and hardly spoke any English. They claimed that our booking was not complete even though we had completed our booking on Booking.com and we had our confirmation with us. It looked like the couple running the place lived in the premises because we saw the gentleman who checked us in walking around in pyjamas in the morning barefoot. We found some hair on the beds sheets and pillows. And they didn't say good bye or thank you when we checked out.

There was a refrigerator in the room and a large tv.

The room was dirty and smelled musty, damp and of mildew. The carpet was damp and the wallpaper was peeling off the walls everywhere. The hot tub near the pool smelled like body odor, like a bunch of dirty people soaked in it after working outside on a 100 degree day. There was foam on top of the water that was visibly dirty. The whole place was gross.

First room they gave us was still being used. 2nd room that we got was clean but no outlets worked to charge your phone. Toilet not bolted down. Unable to open or shut down entering or existing until you ran the key card. Smelt like smoke. Dog poop on the sidewalks, dogs barking at people in the hotel.
